We will try this again tomorrow from 11am - 9pm (8/11)

Again, I am very very sorry that this happened, but we really did not foresee over 700 people trying to log onto our site at the same time and refreshing. Even with our maximum bandwidth and server load, it still crashed. Godaddy is putting us on another server with more room that can hopefully handle the load.

We should have been more prepared and we have failed you guys. I will go through the pieces and do further discounting today. I know this will not make things better, since we have wasted so many people's time, but hopefully it will help out a little bit.

Again, thank you for your support and understanding, and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
 
Its all good with all the great deal thats what happens you get all the addicts to come out..lol..do we still keep track of our check in for today ..
 
wait... so when was the official cut off time that the sale was over? i am still able to checkout items

Well said Bubbles. And thanks for the update AquaSD. I thought it might've just been me struggling.
I think everyone might be more understanding with further discounts. ;)
 
So do our orders still go thru? I made 3 check out and payments from my iPhone 4 running on 3G not easy and very frustrating. I'm not frustrated with you as a company just with technology in general. Just want to know if I get what I spent
 
Every order that came through is processed. My guys are pulling and sorting as I type this. We will be emailing everyone who made orders today. Shipping module only will need to be purchased once, doesn't matter if you purchase 1 coral or all the corals, shipping is a flat rate of $40.

Again, thank you for your patience and I hope that tomorrow this will run much much smoother.
