Beautiful corals! Are you using Aquaforest's probiotic or just their reef salt? Thanks. I have 2 pails and am debating using it because it seems the company doesn't have much interest in its customers' inquiries.

It happens when it gets in contact of moisture...where did you get yours?

Dr. F&S, was a batch from early 2015 according to the quality control tag, I like the salt, though I didnt think I would have to mine it out of the bucket

Don't order it from them. Order it directly from Salty supply and you will get the best recent product. Dr. F&S always mess up either the delivery or the quality of the salt somehow. It happened to me once and I stopped ordering from them.

If you just got it I'd contact them looking for a replacement or a refund.

They got you.....salty supply is the only distributor for AF products everybody gets their supply from them and redistribute.

Get the reef salt, BioS, Pro bio S, NP pro, E and B. Then depending upon need get amino and vitamin and once established you can start dosing component 1+2+3+.

Aquaforest has a guide that I recommend you look over. It'll give you a pretty good idea of the purpose of each of their products.
