Did you do anything to lower the ammonia that had built up in the bag from shipping when you opened it? Not sure how much you order online, but the process is different from when you pick up livestock from an LFS.

I started a drip and periodically diluted the water (removed some) over about half an hour, at which point ammonia levels would be about zero and originally water would functionally be zero too. I don't own any chelating products. Have ordered from live aquarium many times and order SPS from many venders online without problem. However, was in market to switch from LA after my last order from DD came with velvet.
Whether you ever order from us again or not is irrelevant, the most important thing to us is the livestock.
A couple important things to note: Diver's Den ships at a salinity of 1.025-1.026, which is going to be much closer to your home tank. We ship at a lower salinity (1.017 to 1.020) and 30 minutes is too fast of acclimation to the new salinity.
When ordering livestock online, we highly recommend having something on hand to help compensate for the ammonia spike when opening the bag OR, even better, match the salinity and temperature of the livestock you received in an acclimation container and then transfer the fish from the bag(s) directly to that container.
Hoping the Multicolor Angel is ok and able to recover.
