can you try to zoom on them a bit please? try to go a bit far away with the camera/phone and focus on them. Can't recogn. them from the photo, sorry
 
Because at the moment the focus is on the cowrie snail
 
or if you ask about this, that's the cowrie snail, and that on it isn't eggs, it's part of it.

Google cowrie snail and you will see them all beauty :)
 
When cowries are on the move, their mantle extends to completely cover their shell - that's what you're seeing. Since the mantle is the part of a snail that secretes new shell, the outside of a cowrie's shell looks more like the inside of most other shells, smooth and lustrous.
