Are these palys poisonous

Same. I have done it to move them off the rubble I got them on but since then I don’t even wanna brush against those dudes just to be safe. Also if you haven’t had the lovely experience of it yet, everything they touch withers and dies. They sting the crap outta my other zoa so they are soloing it on a rock.
I never had them kill any of my zoas. I do place them lover in my gardens as they shade smaller species.

I believe this is what I have. How would you go about removing them. Should I just remove the torch from the rock and get rid of the entire rock or just break of the part that the palys are on.
Take the whole rock out and leave it outside for a week.

There are all kinds of regular fixtures in our tanks that could be dangerous, but we keep them anyway because we’re careful.

Why would you remove them if you like them? Just curious.

Yeah up to you they will spread fast. Those contain palytoxin. Can also irritate other corals when in contact. Recommend running carbon if u decide to keep and try to wear gloves when moving rocks and such. I find that it's easy to drop off unwanted corals at LFS as donation, they won't turn u down.
