Please answer the following questions and be specific so we can get this figured out. Please answer all of the questions if you are affected.

1. What issues are you having? (be specific)

2. Are the issues all the time or sporadic? What times of the day?

3. Are you using the desktop, mobile or app version of R2R? (the mobile and app versions are different be specific)

4. Have you cleared your cookies/cache and tried it afterwards?

Any more details would be great!

1. Slow to load pages. Seems fine now. Also, sometimes it would say ‘server not responding’

2. I’m halfway around the world. Happened afternoon time for me which would be 1:00-3:00 am est

3. Using iOS safari on iPhone.

4. No clearing of cookies/cache.

As mentioned, it seems to have cleared up. Nothing noticed in the past 12 hours or so.

1. What issues are you having? (be specific) Yup lots of times the webpage will not respond and it appears to be down. I was expecting it is running the CPU at 100% indexing and just cant respond in time.

I also get hangs when editing posts (like in my build thread). I have to refresh the page and sometimes loose my edits.

2. Are the issues all the time or sporadic? What times of the day?
Throughout the day and sporadic

3. Are you using the desktop, mobile or app version of R2R? (the mobile and app versions are different be specific). I use IPAD, IPHONE and Desktop. All experience similar issues.

4. Have you cleared your cookies/cache and tried it afterwards? No due to the fact that I have issues on multiple platforms I had not yet tried that.

Mostly mobile, but even last night web browser had trouble loading.

If I like messages seems like a long delay

Some times it will not load or is slow.

Some times it lags when posting and I get a double post.

The like botton does not always work.

On a pc with chrome

Yes slow to load sometimes it will timeout.
Like button doesn't work half the time now.
I'm on PC 99% of the time on here. Chrome browser
Been like this for 48 hours?

I thought it was my phone. I update my phone, my apps and all, still no luck. Then when I got home I tried my laptop, still super slow. I sent a few images through PM and they took forever to load.

Have had issues with the site freezing quite a bit. On a Samsung S9+, cleared cachet. The issues are sporadic

Could you please answer the questions for me so we can find out what's going on?

I am a consistent user or browser of this forum but today was the first time that I could not connect. I use the mobile version mostly and I have the app. I tried both today and receive « cannot connect to server » response. I didn’t clear my cache or cookies. I just gave it a few hours. I figured it was a lot of traffic today.

I’m happy it’s back online...had me worried

I'm using Samsung and using chrome and after a mentioned the issue it seemed to go away on it's own without doing anything.

1-yes, slow to load and also saying server timed out.
2-sporadic, nightly and about 2 hours ago.
3- using mobile on Google, IOS
4- I cleared cookies and restarted my phone. It was better after an hour later. For that hour the server kept timing out.

The only issue I have ever had was search history for the first 6 after after the the server swap. No issues since indexing completed.
I use Safari/mobile site on my iPhone and clear everything frequently. Firefox on the laptop and haven't cleared cache or cookies in ages.

It’s been much slower than usual. Usually happens during east coast working hours. I use safari on my iPhone. I clear my cache and cookies a few times a day(ocd thing)

I have seen more double posting going on lately.

1. What issues are you having? (be specific)
Yes, my issue is mobile only. I am using a Pixel 3 on the latest security patch. Issue is page hangs when trying to load. I must keep hitting refresh and sometimes I have to close out the tab and restart.

2. Are the issues all the time or sporadic? What times of the day?
Issues are seen throughout the day no exact time. They seem to be happening once per viewing.

3. Are you using the desktop, mobile or app version of R2R? (the mobile and app versions are different be specific)
As stated above Pixel 3 latest security patch.

4. Have you cleared your cookies/cache and tried it afterwards?
In the beginning yes I did, I restarted a bunch thinking it was my phone.. It's not
