It was specific R2R what´s was down. and it last for 10 minutes

Slow to connect with Android 5.02 tablet so it just does not connect.
Cleared cookies and catch still not connecting.
Drops connection on the Android tablet or takes forever to update a like or post.

Slow connection with wired desk top HP 700 series using telephone high speed modem (Century Link)
Only affects the R2R web site all other sites respond very quickly so not on my network as far as the problem goes.
Started at about 8:00am PST and continues as of this time 1:29pm PST.

Having constant issues and seems to be getting worse although it will work normal for a couple minutes here and there.

Here is a run down of everything

*Using iPad Air 2 with IOS 12.2

*Not using app I’m using desktop on safari but also tried fire fox and it was worse

*Not time specific

*Cleared cookies, cache, history and did a reboot.. everything worked temporarily but quickly reverted.

*It takes multiple tries to get the forum to load and as soon as I try to navigate around it crashes and I get the network connection lost messages I showed in a earlier post.

*It seems very sporadic as occasionally I can navigate multiple pages lighting quick then it will crash or takes forever for page to load.

*Seems to have gotten worse today as I have been barley able to get on and also got the funky looking page I posted previously.

I found some information on the web about another forum having identical issues but it was all Greek to me, they where showing lines of code that had to be altered to fix.. I will see if I can find it again and post a link.

Random no replies from your server. Pinging was down. Happened twice to me today while I was actively searching on the site.

Edit 1:

1. What issues are you having? (be specific)

No response from the server. I couldn't ping the site at all. All three of my devices were down when I tested.

2. Are the issues all the time or sporadic? What times of the day?

Sporadic, around 9 am cst for me. Then maybe 30 min to an hour later before I went to lunch.

3. Are you using the desktop, mobile or app version of R2R? (the mobile and app versions are different be specific)

I was using all 3. Multiple browsers, phone, and app. Down

4. Have you cleared your cookies/cache and tried it afterwards?

No, came up shortly around a 30 seconds to a minute for me.

Any more details would be great!

Edit 2:

Took quite a while to save changes to the first edit. I didn't have a ping going to see the response between hops.

Ok we’ve made some changes. Let me know how it goes from here!

seems better but still not consistently loading.. just tried navigating around the forum and experienced multiple failures to load with the “network connection lost” message.

Slow loading and frequently being told the server is down or inaccessible.

Wasn't having any issues until I tried to go to the Member Tanks forum:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums/member-tanks.52/ on this server.
Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It was giving an error that I didnt have rights to access pages
