Picked up a new Waterbox 70.2 reef tank this past Wed. and I don't know a thing about salt water aquariums.
Ordered it 2 weeks ago & have been spending $ like there's no tomorrow. Feeling like I'm way past the point of no return so please don't be afraid to offer me ANY ADVICE!
I'm trying to find out how to hook up pvc lines from sump to tank.
Youtube's no help and Waterbox isn't either!
Thanks for being there R2R -
Sincerely ;Blackeye

Welcome to Reef2Reef! I think since you're looking for such broad information you might want to consider the search bar for specific questions and perhaps something like the BRS 52 weeks of reefing (YouTube) for a video guide that covers pretty much all of the setup questions for a new tank.

welcome to R2R!
I would give these threads a good read through :)

Will follow your advice and check that out right off. Thanks so much, T

Sometimes flex hose is an easier solution for returns. It is also quieter imo,

Spending $$$$$ is a sign you belong here. Welcome and good luck!

For sure, those videos may be kind of long and dense with information for someone new, but I promise that the time investment is worth it. This hobby has a million different methods for success. Don't be afraid to interact with others and ask questions. Learning in this hobby never ends.

Welcome to R2R and your new reefing family. Take a look at the thread @Crabs Mcjones linked above. It's a great starting point and filled with a lot of great information.

That's one reason I decided to take the plunge - I love a challenge and learning. I'm tickled with the stand build, it's a gorgeous tank and I'm still ordering necessities. Got usa current lite w/2 mounts, flow/wave pump & hub/Milwaukee digital water tester/Redsea water analysis kit, yada yada. Ordering return pump tonite.
