No question is stupid. My best advice is to go slow and enjoy the ride. If you’re like me there’s always more to learn and new stuff to see and if you DYI, you’ll understand how it all works together to make a perfect little saltwater microcosm. Thank you - This has got to be the best resource for a newbee like myself.Welcome to R2R
Thanks HDST, I'm feeling a lot more confident now that I've found Reef2Reef. ;HappyWelcome to R2R!!! We are happy to have you with us! Remember, there is NO such thing as stupid questions, please do not be afraid to ask questions or ask for help. Everybody here was new at on time, they have already been down that bummpy road and some of us still have it locked in 4 wheel drive and learning!
Next time I'm gonna get a 1 gallon reef tank!If it means anything you're not alone. I picked a used 120 gallon and a stand for 500 bucks about 3 months ago...... I'm well over 3 grand now and just put my first 2 fish in the QT this last weekend. Almost every spare minute I've spent reading and researching. Oh.... still haven't put water in the DT yet. That is planned for this weekend, Good luck bro. Hit me up if you want to leverage some of my research.

Get a bigger tank they said..... Its easier.......lol.Next time I'm gonna get a 1 gallon reef tank!
Some day we'll laugh about it - right?
Will take you up on your offer soon & looking forward to hearing more about your system. Thanks B.

My best advice is to go slow and enjoy the ride. If you’re like me there’s always more to learn and new stuff to see and if you DYI, you’ll understand how it all works together to make a perfect little saltwater microcosm.
Good luck!

Thanks Cap'n,A hearty welcome Tbone2u! Glad you are here and you'll get hundreds of years of good advice from some great members.
I plan on a cross country to Scottdale, Sedona and the area on my Harley next spring. It would be cool to stop in and see what you've done by then.
Thanks Cap'n,
I'd love to show ya so lemme know when you're on your way. Been here before?
