The pic is really hard to see but from what I can tell there are multiple types of problems I think I am seeing. The recession on the base of at least one from stress. The bonsai looks rough and discolored which I normally see when a tank has bacterial issues. And one coral I can barely see looks like it was burned and missing color or flesh in the middle areas.
If I am right with what I am seeing I would just let things go and see what recovers. There is no point in trying to do anything but keeping things stable and make sure your light is good. Once you see clean strong new growth you could start thinking about adding some stuff. The pic is not much to go on from looking on my phone though so there could be other things I am not seeing.
