What is the container in the stand and where can I purchase one?

It's my ATO reservoir. It's a ace roto mold conical tank, 16 gallon. Stand is usually purchased separately.

I got this one at Rural King locally, because it was in the store and I got lucky and they sold the tank and stand to me for $60.
