I have both as I'm sure many hobbyist do and I couldn't tell you I've never looked into the nutritional value down to k/j and all that macro stuff which is where energy and all that come from ya know? However, I can say I will always keep one form or another of this type of food handy.

Hmm. I need to get some. All i use is two part calcium/alkalinity, purple up, and phyto/zoo plankton.

Yeah you don't need to always use them and a lot of people don't like using them ause they dirty up the water but during acclimation periods and what not it sure makes feeding new frags easier.

I guess hes stressed? Slime like stuff coming out

The slime definitely mean stressed. Give it a few days. Make sure it has medium flow.

Yeaa. Him and both of the gorgonians made it. The flame scallop, green galaxea and hydnophora are all dead.
