Searched for this, nothing came up. Heres hoping its a first.

These are some pretty sweet corals, so lets see what everyone has and if they could share some about care and where they got it that would also be awesome.

How fast its growing might not hurt either.

Cheers

Hmm. Everything I have heard says that they are fairly easy corals to keep.

There is a guy near Milwaukee and he has a beautiful orange one that is fairly large and he has (from my understanding) had it a long time. Liveaquaria has a couple right now.

I know these are out there, I have seen them in tanks and I have seen a couple in threads. There is a sexy corals one even...or two I think.

So somebody out there has to have one.

I have had a few of them...some people have had easy sucess with them, me on the other hand have found them kind of hard to keep because they need low light and low flow, and my tank is not set up for that at all. I would say only grab it if you have a tank for LPS.

here is when I first got it....

Then it changed colors on me....

Sweet! I would love to have one like that last one.

All are sweet though.

I have some low light areas in my tank that could use some filling...who else has some! And where did you get them!

Im not going to stop bumping this till you people come out and show your corals. If all goes to plan I should have one by next monday at the latest.

Here's mine...nothing special, but its about an 8" colony. The receeded tissue around the edges has grown back. This pic was taken the day I brought it home from the LFS. It's much happier now.

Looks like a sweet piece, how long have you had it?

Any care tips?

What kind of light is it in, do you feed it, etc?

Thanks, we need more guys! Im working on getting one of my own!

Wasn't sold to me as an Australomussa but I believe it is:

It has colored up considerably since this shot and is actually partially shaded by rockwork overhead.

I've had it almost a year. It's in moderate lighting and gets low flow. I never feed it actually. I've looked for feeders on it at all hours, but have yet to see them. I've tried to feed, but it doesn't eat anything. That's about all I got for ya.

Nice looking piece! I am no coral naming expert, but it sure lookslike it, thanks for sharing! We are finally starting to get some good looking stuff rolling on here. I wonder why more people arent contributing. With 6 or so recently on divers den and two available through sexy corals I thought that there would be more action on this. Definitely a cool coral that deserves more attention, sounds like its fairly easy to care for as well.

Sweet, well good to hear that it is working well for you! You should post some updated pics at some point!
