It was from old tank for 3 years ago... but here was mine.

Sweet looking piece, I took some lousy pictures last night with my phone, I will have to see if I can upload them here tonight.

Only reason I took them was because...last night mine was feeding like crazy! I know most people say theirs dont eat - well mine does.

Had feeders sticking out all over the place, and ate like a pig. Took NLS and chopped up pe mysis till the skin was buldging with what looked like packs of two or three little peas under the skin.

Hopefully this feeding reaction continues, both my angel and blue hippo were both interested in picking at the mysis as it finished up, so hopefully it gets faster as well.

Sweet! Thanks for posting?

Anyone feeding? I know I asked earlier and the consensus was no, but the other day just when feeding my fish, I saw this!

Bad cell phone pictures, cant tell you how awesome this was in real life, thing ate like a pig and got real fat. Mysis and NLS pellets were on the menu.

Funny. The eyes on that are way more defined than I have ever seen. I also have never seen one that didnt look like it was just barely plating over the rock. That one is pretty 3D. Anyone else have something like that?

Anyone with more of these?

Technically the species name is Scolymia vitensis...learned that recently. Australomussa is just a stupid trade name, completely inaccurate. Mine is staying pretty much the same size it has always been. Receded a little at one point, but seems to be doing well now.

Not at all - mine were worse...It is doing well, but tissue is so sensitive that it seems to recede easily. My colony now seems...healthier, albeit smaller.

Interesting growth pattern on yours beanie...
