Finding lots of new things in my tank, I have been looking very closely at my rocks trying to find the apotasis in my tank to get rid of them. So I am inspecting on my rocks very closely. Well today I came across this little guy. It almost looks like a baby amomine. Or I'm wondering maybe if it could be a new tea cup coral. I have had to anemones in my tank. Eight months ago I had a Haitian. And about five months ago a pink bubble tip. Neither one are currently in my tank. But I do have two pretty good size healthy tea cup coral. What do you guys think. These are the best pictures I could get because it is on the top of a rock.

The bottom base of it is pretty pink, and it has white tips

That's what I thought my tea cups were when they were little

Almost looks like a baby Euphyllia (cristata torch), but if youve had nems and cup corals it could be that too. The tips just look euphyllia like tho.

looks like a "ball anemone" or majano anemone. I would kill it now when it's easy.

I'm still going with ball anemone psuedocorynactis, a type of coralimorph.
I don't know what a tea cup coral is. Have a scientific name for what you are calling a tea cup coral?

That would be awesome if it was Lol

Think I'll wait till I gets a little bigger try to kill it if needed what if I'm killing something that is beneficial or a go to coral

Im going with nem or euphyllia. Too bad we can see the base, but another reason it may be a nem as its growing out of a hole in a rock. I think its a hole...lol.

I don't either but I don't think I'm going to kill it until I know for sure what it is what if it's something good growing i'll at least wait until he gets bigger till I can properly identify it

The rock that this is growing at was bought as a dry Rock there was no way anything could have hitchhike on it. I add fuel to my tank. And that green algae stuff I think it's called photo plankton

I can't remember the name of it I'm not at home right now
