Does it glow under blues? Can you see the base of it is it soft or hard? Any better pics of it?

Sure looks like a ball tip to me in the first images, not a hitch-hiker I would be overly concerned over.

It may be a ball tip it really opened up today, And I noticed next to it and there are two more starting to grow. Those things are pretty dangerous when they get bigger aren't they?

They do not get much larger than the one you already have and they do not host clown fish. In the typical reef tank with controlled nutrients ball tips are not much of a concern. It's not very often that I have seen them become invasive.

These things are pigs! lol I put a few peaces of I mitis shrimp in the tank and the bubble tip anemone got a huge peace and swallowed the thing like nothing. There growing fast and there's 3 of them from what I can see now.
