I have no personal experience with that. Is it a carbon source? What do you guys think about using peroxide in combination with the zeovit method?
its highly stripped po4 no sandbed and low no3 params plus certain dosers, amino acids elements etc to maintain coloration. Low organic system by strict design
don't have much data for it in ULNS setups so safe dose levels still apply
I think peroxide overdoses would be more obvious in a low nutrient setting due to the missing organic stores mentioned above
That is external but not sure if it is cyanobacteria. . InterestingOK, so I have noticed some of my zoas and some of my button polyps getting a reddish tint of cyano on the stalks. Is this external or internal? Should I dip?
My camera isn't that great, but I will try to document. That is external but not sure if it is cyanobacteria. . Interesting
I have not studied the life of dinoflagellates and the effectiveness of h2o2 but plan to make that one of my next writeups.Quick question..... lights on? Lights off ? Reduced lighting schedule? Have light dino problem Want to start 1:10 peroxide treatment
I checked a few days ago, nitrates are <40. Looking more and more like that substrate change is in order to get this nipped in the bud quickly.Ya it looks like the cyanobacteria is encroaching up the polyps
What is your nutrient levels at?
By the picture you may have a high carbon load and cyanobacteria is efficient at up taking carbons.
