Are you thinking common bristleworm too?Wow that's massive! Yeah I havent seen any since I added my wrasse, mine were miniature compared to that though.
Bristles are red at the base and white at the tips. I'm taking it into my LFS tomorrow to chop the coral off the rock because I don't want to risk anything.Thinking that could be some type of fire worm check the bristles they're probably much different than most common bristle species.

This isn't a common bristleworm. It's a bearded fireworm. Apparently my co-worker has seen them chew through mushroom corals before.I got bristle worms in my 15g tank.I’m okay with them in there because they help with cleaning up the sand. I would think if the one in my tank got into that size, I’d evict him right away.
