Save the cut outs if you have overflows. Use the cut outs as covers for the over flows. (Keeps fish from jumping in)

Great tips everyone. Now I need to decide white or black...initially black was my choice...but after looking at these pics...white looks good too. What do you guys think?

it is entirely your choice since you will be looking at this everyday, I few larger (600-700) gal tanks and black was more attractive to me with coralline algae and bright color corals encrusting on the black was more appealing, but that is my opinion only..

That's true Ravi...that's one reason I wanted to go black initially...but white looks somewhat natural.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to go about cutting abs for the circular corner overflows? How hard would this be to get a clean cut out for these?

Remember algae will grow on it over time and then you will need to clean it often. If you are fine with that. White will look good. I went with black.

where do you guys find a pvc board that's big enough for the entire bottom of the tank? I need a 60x20 piece of pvc board

I have a 180 bare bottom and wished I had done this. However I would need to remove rock which is not a big deal moved all my rock yesterday. But I would have to empty my tank out and dry it.

Just not sure its worth it at this point.

Do you need to make space available for expansion of these materials when wet?
