Picked up one of these cheap at my lfs. I have 2 oscellaris clowns already. Do you think they will get on ok? Tank is only 25 gallons.

Damm. They were selling the clarkiis in a pair but I just bought one as I thought it wouldn’t be so agressive
The issue is that the tank is not going to provide enough space for more than one pair of Clownfish. Your bonded pair will both try to throw the new comer out.

Please do research before you buy any livestock.
Clowns are very aggressive and only one pair should be housed in tank unless you have a tank that is 100 + gallons

Yeah I really should have but my local aquarium never has the fish im looking for so have to just buy whatever they have available or no fish

Yeah mixing clownfish pairs is extremely difficult. We once had 3 pairs in a 150 and had to separate them all because of their aggression. Clarkiis tend to be pretty aggressive and your other clowns won’t like the new addition very mucb
