There will be no I’ll effects other than more turbulence directly out of the bottoms of your standpipes due to increased pressure from the smaller diameter as well as some loss of total flow. Not a huge deal though.
Is your loc- line at least the same diameter?

I have no loc-line in the overflow drain setup.

If your asking about my return it is plumbed 1” up to the top of the tank then is connected to 3/4” loc line.

Yes was referencing the display. If you’re not too concerned with total volume turnover I’d leave the 3/4”, but it will limit your gph. If you don’t want to go to 1” returns in the display to match your 1” plumbing, at least you have a coast to coast weir which will offer you outstanding surface skimming regardless. I went with 90 1.25” elbow returns in the display painted black to match the black back and can barely see them.

1" PVC is capable of flowing approx 2200gph under full siphon best I can remember. If there were no fittings once it necked down to 1", you'll be able to get most of that max flow rate.
