Best Amino Acids for Acros

I use both acropower daily on a doser and fuel twice a week when feeding corals. I saw a much better increase in growth and coloration after adding fuel to the mix.
Can we buy this fuel over in the UK i can not seem to find it anywhere?

I'm not sure if your LFS will carry it over sea's. The product is Seachem Aquavitro Fuel and here in the states it's sold exclusively at LFS as the manufacturing company will not allow it to be sold online. I did a quick google search and it can be found on ebay and I'm sure others. If they will ship to you I would give it a shot.

I´ve been dosing daily Aquaforest Aminomix and quite happy with the results.

I agree it is hard to document aminos benefits but I´m quite convinced they help a lot.

My protocol is: first the basics, so keeping nitrates and phosphates low. While I keep them low I feel free to feed my corals with coral food and aminos.

ME Coral polyp extender OR Acropower

I've been having amazing results with reef energy ab+

Yes, they sell it overseas. At least in Brazil it is a quite popular product for 4+ years... Anyway sucks that they do not seal the bottles anymore. We really worry about counterfeit products.

Here I have an ULNS (not by choice) and I must feed the corals daily and Amino supplements (Acropower). Coloration improved amazingly with Acropower but I have heard wonders about vitamins + carbohydrates + Aminos and I might try it. I really dont want to go for 3-4 bottles approach (like Kz and AF) and was thinking about Red Sea AB+

Any comments on that?

Why don't you make it not ULNS by adding fish, more food, or less skimming rather than saying it's not by choice?

Yep! Doing all those things.

Fish: waiting for the new tank. Do not to wish to them in the moment.
Feeding: Tropical Marine Power, Acropower and might try AB+ (Today arrived my auto feeder to keep the intake more stable)
Skimmer: Just recently added it back in order to make a better gas exchange.

Good, and I'm pretty confident that getting a little more N and P in there will be the main reason for the improvement. I feel like the contrarian on these forums when I say this... If you corals don't look good, I've never seen any reason to look to missing trace elements or amino acids that corals can synthesize just fine on their own. The positive results some people see from amino acids are likely due to it adding some N and likely has little to do with the amino acids. There are amino acids that will increase polyp extension as well, but that doesn't mean the coral is actually benefiting.
