I have 2 ocellaris clowns, 1 purple fire fish, and 1 green chromis. I usually feed them frozen food such as frozen brine and sometimes frozen formula 1 and 2 but they don't seem to like it very much. I really like feeding frozen.
So what frozen food would you suggest to feed them?

Also, do you think they will really like Copepods?
If they do, do I just put the whole bag in? Or only feed once a week, once a day? How do I feed these guys?

I really like feeding PE mysis mixed with frozen black worms. I also really like the LRS food. I alienated between those two and also add in fish roe on occasion. For the fish you listed I personally wouldn't feed Copepods.

If they are baby clowns they may not be able to eat frozen mysis right away. I had to feed Nutramar Ova and finely-chopped bloodworms to mine until they got big enough for other foods. Mine also loved New Life Spectrum (small fish formula in this case) pellets - I feed NLS to all my fish as well as their frozens. None of my fish ever liked Formula 1 or 2 for some reason.

I've been wanting to try the LRS foods, but nobody near me sells them yet.

My clowns aren't babies but the NLS pellets, what size do you recommend? Will the .5 be too small? I also have a green chromis and fire fish

No, that should be fine. Keep in mind that not all fish will go for the pellets, especially right away, but it's good stuff if you can get them to eat it.
I forgot - Rod's is good food. Go for the nano blend.

Where is the best and cheapest place to buy NLS pellets?

Also, I don't have a reef tank.

Will any Mysis food be okay? Is there a certain brand?

The pellets don't require special shipping, so they are easily ordered without extra shipping costs. I get mine from amazon.com and/or drsfostersmith.com.
Support your local fish store, but if you have a budget like mine, well....I get my dry goods online and my fish at the store.

You don't have to have a reef to use Rod's. It's just a good, varied, quality food blend. You could use their fish-only but it'll be too big unless you cut it much more finely.

I hear PE Mysis is good, but my fish wouldn't eat it...maybe a bad batch but I just buy Hikari mysis.

Is this the right one? It's cheap also

That's the right one, though you're looking at their small-size jar. You see that one just to the right in the picture? That should be the bigger jar of the same food.

Keep in mind that you will have shipping costs to deal with. I like to buy mine when I'm getting enough other stuff to get free shipping from wherever I'm ordering it.

Does petco or petsmart sell it? I can't find it online either, can you find the .5 Thera online for me

You don't necessarily need the Thera-A...but I'll take a look at my usual places.

Looks like they're phasing out the thera-A. They all have some garlic in them to my knowledge, and I was reading something lately that too much garlic can cause anemia in saltwater fish. Honestly I would just stick with the Small Fish formula. If you want to add garlic there's Seachem Garlic Guard.

I did find the Thera-A on Amazon but it would cost you about what an LFS would because it's not straight through amazon.

I have heard nothing of them Phasing it out and my LFS sells Thera-A to over 90 Percent of their customers so why would they not make it anymore?

Remember Support you LFS PetCo Sucks!
