Best iodine supplement for sps reef with fish?

you should do your dosing per your test results prior to dosing and maintain NSW levels,,I wouldnt read the label on your product for dosing instructions,,test before and after to see your what levels are and so forth .adjust dosing accordingly afterwards

I'm using the Triton Iodine. I'm using the Core 7 system as well. Seemed to make sense to use their formulas, as they are calculating the dosages based on those supplements.

That’s certainly fine, assuming you have the same target levels they do. I don’t agree with some of their targets, but I doubt the target is very important for iodine.[emoji3]

my triton text came back excellent but literally comes in with 0 iodine in the system. Weird. Trying to see which would be my best supplant to get the system up and dose say weekly for keeping it level

Been using the KZ Jod Komplex without any ill effects. According to the website, it "contains organic and inorganic iodide as well as bromine, potassium and fluorine." 1 drop/25 gallons.

I dose iodine. Lugols. don't over do it. Iodine depletes rapidly but too little is far better than too much. I take the recommended dosage (usually per week), cut in half and dose 2 time a week. If anything needs it, it is available. Noticed that shrimp will molt the night it is added.
