Nice start. I have enjoyed mine so much. The ato is the best item i have purchased for it. I got the Tunze Nano. So far so good. I have started to dose 1/8t of kalk in my top off water.

Looking really good. Nice job on the stand. I did the opposite of you, I went from a BC29 to a 65G. I do miss the BC29, great little nano. Here is mine when it was up.

Just noticed while rinsing the test tubes some of the color is at the bottom of the glass, I marked each tube for the tests assigned to them.

At what point should I add the purigen and matrix to the tank? It looks like the cycle is in mid swing, ammonia and nitrite are starting to go down and my nitrate just shot up yesterday.

Struggling to keep salinity up for some reason, figured out why the temp was so high all the time, the heater label is not in line with the arrow so after 2 days i just set it little by little till i have a stable 77~78.
Ammonia .50
Nitrite 1.0
Nitrate 20
PH 8.0
Salinity 1.024

Grabbed a aquaticlife 115 and a Tunze Osmolator Nano and a refractometer.

So this is the Refractometer I got, its way off from the hydrometer, guess I need to check it against the LFS?

You can calibrate your refractometer using the small screwdriver provided. Just use RO water and calibrate to 0, or you can buy 35 ppt solution and calibrate to that. Also, water temp will greatly effect refractometer readings.

So i got my skimmer and just testing it out, i have to get the magnet before installing in the back. I have tons of airbubbles coming out of the side and around the cup, is that normal?

They require a break in period. It will act goofy until it settles in. Watch it closely when you first install it. I put a zip tie around mine.

Well I had to get a replacement, the case halves did not fit well and the cup was cracked, Also my return pump blew up last night sometime, the front clips holding the intake broke.
