Black worms source?

I don't want the hassle or the mess with live. my fish love freeze dried blackworms. even my bangaii cardinal who won't eat anything but frozen food goes crazy for them.

Just build a worm keeper as I posted numerous times. They last forever without refrigeration.
I am not sure if they are good or not as I have only been feeding them to my fish for about fifty years and virtually all of my fish are spawning including the 24 year olds. But, what do I know? :D

Thanks guys , great info and now more research for Paul B worm keeper. Please keep sharing!

@Cleo642 I'm very familiar with both of those LFS so I'll give you my 2 cents.

Aquatic Specialties - Very overpriced and snobby staff. There's one woman who works there very few people can stand, she's very gruff. But they do sometimes get in some very nice livestock.

Coral Connection - This place gets good livestock with decent prices. But it's kind of "clicky" (they refer to themselves as a "club"), and the owner is very hot & cold.

Honestly, your best bet is gonna be Aqua Hut in BR and Coral Fever in Raceland. I can't say enough good things about Seth, the owner of Coral Fever. He is very good with newbies. And I don't know if you knew (or how close you are to them), but there are two LFS in Mandeville that carry SW.

@vedros74 Told me all about Coral Fever in Raceland, he lives in Houma, so it's close to him. He says they fully quarantine some fish before they sell them. It's about an hour and a half drive, but maybe if I am in the mood I'll drive it there.

As a "club" huh, I might as well not go to that one because people get on my nerves, and I might in trouble. Lol
I'll stick with aqua hut, and maybe one day I'll rescue fish from Petco like you do.

Louisiana Reef Club is having a big meet @ Coral Fever on Oct 24th. You should come and meet some local reefers. :)
