Blennies take no gruff. I bet the clown started it. lol
I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you see actual damage on either fish. I have a tailspot blenny and a springeri damsel that will often times bicker like that but usually ignore each other and even sometimes seem to hang out, following each other around. I wouldn't take action unless they're actually hurting each other, not letting the other eat, bullying into a hide etc.
