Blue star leopard wrasse

Mine were eating the next day.... I used live food then LRS by day 3.

Update: my wrasse has a name .. gizmo and she is out and about eating frozen brine and picking away at copepods. I noticed she would wake up before the light and go to bed an hour after lights on, now she is on the lighting schedule. Took about a week and a half to also be comfortable around me by the tank and feeding.

My wrasse was eating food from day one, even if I go near the tank, she still eats. She never gets scared enough to hide in the sand and only time she goes in the sand is at night to sleep. She eats anything, food I put in for other fish, frozen food, even the algae tablets I put in for the hermit crabs :)

I trained mine by putting defrosted frozen brine in the the bag while I was floating the bag in my tank when I got mine
from the store.

Are these guys peaceful with other small fish?

Mine was actually aggressive with small yasha gobies added after her and she was going to kill them so I removed the gobies. She was fine with me adding a fang blenny though and only mildy aggressive with a coris wrasse (they get along fine now). Mine is not the norm though from what I have read. She will pick at small crabs, nass snails, and mini brittle stars to try and eat them too. She is very very fat and very bold, will swim right into my hands when working in the tank demanding food, no fear of anything. I can just scoop her right up.
