Are you using tap water?
Do you clean your sand?

Clean up the water and the fish may get well on its own, but if you don't clean up the tank it may not ever get better.

I do clean my sand during water changes. I use tap water but I use water conditioner/dechlorinator in the water and it sits for atleast 24 hours before use.
