Added her but was getting harassed straight away by the blue trigger straight away the retailer where I bought her said it would be ok but keep an eye on her couldn’t watch for too long but she looked like she was going to get battered if I’d of left her she now floats in a breeding net within the tank untill I take her back for a refund but would like to know if I left her over night would the blue trigger give up and let her settle in ????? Welcome mrmco9,
What are the units of your tank dimensions
Triggers need big space

Welcome!

Just like you are here in meet & greet, my fish must go thru 'meet & greet' else deaths

My tangs and angel are territorial. New fish *must* be acclimated in my DT after my QT. I've been using this: https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/large-citr3-pro-in-tank-refugium-cpr-aquatics.html (EEK! just moved to discontinued... also use it for corals)

but I'm expecting delivery soon on this which has advantage to move around within 'territories' in tank, so everyone can meet & greet - my plan is for a week, though some have said 8 weeks may be needed:
https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/the-shu™.292441/ (longest 6" tall size)

Recommend getting plan for acclimation. Do not recommend just letting new fish loose again in tank esp overnight. Always have mirror handy, some tape directly to tank so old fish fights reflection instead of new fish. My mirror is waterproof so I put it directly into tank. they knock it flat on sand and then fight it there... I might need 3 mirrors next new fish introduction, one for each of my bullies
