Bluefish controller help

Here's a possibly complex solution. Depending on your router it may allow you to bridge it to the hotspot on your cell phone to make it your source for internet. I've done this before when my cable was down for long periods. It is a slightly different process for different makes of routers or even different models but you can Google your router and find instructions on how to do it. If you don't find anything specific but your router allows bridging then it's just a matter of setting your router as a bridge receiver with the source as your cell phone instead of another router. It's a bit tricky on some routers but once it's done you will have WiFi to all your connected devices.

Hi Matt,

Yes, you can use a wifi hotspot on your phone to get the controller running. It does not need a constant internet connection, but it does need to download settings after a power outage.

I am a little late to the post, but are you able to create a hotspot and connect the bluefish board to that? I am only asking because i recently just got the stevesled with the bluefish controller
