Here's a possibly complex solution. Depending on your router it may allow you to bridge it to the hotspot on your cell phone to make it your source for internet. I've done this before when my cable was down for long periods. It is a slightly different process for different makes of routers or even different models but you can Google your router and find instructions on how to do it. If you don't find anything specific but your router allows bridging then it's just a matter of setting your router as a bridge receiver with the source as your cell phone instead of another router. It's a bit tricky on some routers but once it's done you will have WiFi to all your connected devices.
