10 minutes ago they were ok now their gills are going crazy and they are staying at the bottom. its a 15 gallon but only 2 fish and i don't run a airator but I have never had a problem

Just trying to rule out the possibility of bringing in any foreign contaminants or disease. I wouldn't think that if they were QT properly that flukes would happen that fast, but I'll let someone with more knowledge on fish disease weigh in.
 
Any signs of parasites, like mucus coat peeling, or small white dots? Kind of sounds like how my Clownfish were acting when they had Brooklynella. Let's hope it isn't.
