I would guess Kole tang or tomini. My PBT I think wants a little bigger tank now. Hope he grows slow

My Tomini is content swimming in a small area more then the length of the tank but he is small

This is my experience with my tomini. Although he is the fish that will badger others.

Finding a tank that is 10 years or better is rare I think. I get bored of things quick and lived a free life. That was just more motivation to have a goal long term and have to be responsible. We live in a Society of instant. Take a picture no waiting to be developed. Everything we want can be gotten at that moment. I don’t like that and reef tanks are the opposite.
