Gotta say I'm a bit disappointed with BRS and these fittings, they are all covered in this black residue. Nothing like ordering from Formufit where they come in heat sealed clean bags and are neatly stacked in the shipping box.

They really are the best, honestly I think that's because it's what they do. All they do is make PVC pipe so I just don't think you're going to find anyone else who does it better. Figured I'd give BRS a shot because they had the bulkheads I needed, but all it's done is firm up my belief that Formufit will be my only go to for Furniture grade PVC pipe and fittings in the future.

And I lost count of how many fittings I need to glue, somewhere in the 75ish range so definitely A LOT of work and a few cans of glue in my future.

My dad sketched out a couple of airplanes on napkins that looked about like that. They both flew. I think you have already proven your design works!
