I almost had some micro brittle to bring home... but I forgot the contain they were in. Oh well, next time I'm over there I'll try and catch a few.

I've always wanted to go to Montana... big sky country. I just dont want to make my last stand yet.

Hello,

Well then that’s probably good you don’t have any relationship with Hunkpap Lakota :) or the Oglala Lakota :). But sorry I’m off topic it’s a breath taking moment to go there and visit.

I live in Casper Wyoming. I drive through there on the way to WA. We have stopped in there a couple of times. Lots of side open spaces here with some history thrown in every hundred miles of so.

That is awful. Opportunity lost. Only thing I ever find in my sump is baby mollies. And I caught them out. Now there are over 70 in a quarantine tank. ;Wacky

Ecotec makes great lights and a lot of people use them to grow corals. I just do not like the color blending from them. I don't think it affects the corals, or at least doesn't hurt them, but being able to see individual red, green, blue and yellow shimmers in the tank is a little off putting for me. I hear the deflectors for the Radions help a lot with this but deadens the shimmer.

Not everyone likes them for their own reasons, like I have for radions, but I run Kessil LEDs because the color blend is perfect and the shimmer is unmatched in a LED fixture. They just won't put out 900 PAR like Radions. (900 par will kill your corals, it's not needed)

I have Radions and diffuers , the diffuers make all the difference. I reached 400 at the middle of the tank for now but as my coral grows i'll slowly increase PAR. There is nothing such as high RAR or high Flow, SPS can take it all ;)

Most are grown now! I see people on here looking for schooling fish. Next time I will recommend the molly! Good luck wrapping gifts.
Mollies are great for frag tanks. Super good algea eaters and they reproduce rapidly so you don't have to keep buying more.

My daughter is getting a set of tyres (tires) for her car for her birthday 20th of December and a Digital tuner cd player for the car for xmas, I hate xmas more than I hate rats and I really hate rats! ;)
I got new tires too! Early Christmas.

Kids are grown. They have families now. I am getting them all gift cards from the theater. Put them in Christmas cards and call it done! I did not do this past year and was told they missed the cards. So doing the gift cards again. Getting hubby a rescue dog. Looking for a young one as a play date for his little Libby Lu.
