Very tender and tasty. Cooks slowly from both sides (coals on the bottom and top) in the cast iron pot. You need to rotate the pot and the lid for even heat distribution.

I’m really not sure why she would mess with the lights, it doesent make sense. She also put my frozen mysis packs directly on our ice maker trough contaminating all the ice. I think I’m going to have to fire her. She was even saying times are really hard because other people she sits for recently fired her, if she did a similar job I’m not surprised.

I made my own for my 140. They were "hybrids," made from window screen frame, eggcrate, gutter guard and 1/4" mesh. I had over the edge tank plumbing, so I couldn't just use the screen framing. I thought they came out pretty good. Painted them black to match the eggcrate.

I got the screen from Simon. I 3d printed the corners and got the aluminum frame from lowes.

I messed up and have to go get another piece of frame to finish it tomorrow. I will post pics.
