I gave away my fist corals today. It was hard but totally worth it. Keyna tree, shrooms on a rock, few loose shrooms and gsp. I put them in this morning.
They went to a friend who called me up asking for help setting up a reef.

Oh ya I was covered in fur when Loki jumped on the coach freaking out of his mind. Things that go boom are not his friend. I really need to work with him on that.Ha! Good luck. I have a friend in Florida that has this special blower and she takes hers (she has 3) in the back yard and blows as much loose hair off of them as she can. We just brush, brush and brush and vacuum, vacuum, vacuum. All that and learn to live with hair. Their undercoat will shed at least twice a year. Don't want to shock you, but...

Crap, it happens. Sometimes they can come back. Any chance these will make a come backOk, I double checked (ok I had Sherry check the color) on the pH test. I was dead wrong. It was super low. 7.3
I put the skimmer cup back on and opened up the window in the room and it has risen to within non-dangerous level 7.8 now but it needs to be higher. Guess I am going to be running the supply hose for the skimmer air out of the house to draw in less CO2.
I had no clue that SPS were that sensitive to pH but then again, I don't know how long it was low and they finally just gave up. I haven't measured pH in two months.
I feel terrible that I did this to them. I am ashamed.

Fortunately, the steak was free. I have a friend in Austin that sends us a box of Omaha Steaks every Christmas. I think that was the end of the filets though.

our neighbors have been doing that all day. Loki is a wreck. Currently locked in his kennel lights off. His room door is shut and locked. He is in complete flight mode

So far, Cassie is oblivious to it. I got some stuff for Saber to calm him down, but so far it isn't phasing him. He is in the bedroom with the radio blaring. Maybe he doesn't like the channel.
