bristle worms have got to go

I have a tri color fair wrasse that loves to snack on them when he finds them. I like to have some as pat of the cuc as well. I am just curious as to how the clown gets bristles on him... is he trying to eat them?

Iys not a clown its a snowflake eel...and idk how hes doing it, i guess when he burrows under the rocks and goes through them

oh, ok... i thought you meant clownfish... sorry... maybe the eel is trying to eat them or it's quite possible they are just in his way... good luck with getting them under control! hope your eels stay well!

The eel is fine he always seems to get the bristles out, but that beside the point...i know its gotta be painful for him and i believe they are in his way because he doeant ever mess with them

Just pulled this guy out with tweezers 20140918_222107.jpg

Doesn't look like a common Bristle Worm to me.
