first off, tank size? that will change the wattage you need. I would go with UV first, and if that doesn't help then try chemicals.
So whats my best option here? Air stone and chemiclean, or should I run to petco and pick up a Green killing machine UV, and use microbacter7?

IMO I would try more natural process first. Who knows what the Vibrant did to your microfauna. Throwing in another chemical could cause you tank to crash in other ways. I have heard some it led to dinos after they cleared up the cyano. Without knowing where your phosphates are, I would be very hesitant to add anything chemical that wasn't a real bacteria product.

40 breeder tank size. I stopped Vibrant because my gsp got ticked. That was a week ago. They are just now starting to come back, also lost a urchin. At least it took out the GHA.

I was under the impression when I started that Vibrant was just a bottled bact.
I was duped too. :(

I've been using vibrant for a few months so we will see what happens to my tank, now that I have discontinued use...
Since it isn't clear what is actually in vibrant, I would be very hesitant of adding more products. Try the UV first.

maybe this? might be a bit small though
I cant look because I do this from my school chromebook LOL, I also dont know ANYTHING about skimmers and UVs, just know that the skimmer is like a filter and the UV is like a algaecide, and UV is constant.

For filter now I use the reef octopus bh100 hang on skimmer, and I have a fluval 206 with just carbon and phosguard in.
