Also what are your water parameters? How long has your tank been running? What size tank?

Below is a clownfish being stung by it's host and hyper-melanization is occurring.
They don't seem to host anything and I don't have any anemones yet as the tanks still a bit new for them. Could any of the other corals be doing it? I only have a few and sorry if I get the names wrong but I think I have a green polyp, zoa, Kenya tree and mushroom.
I'm trying but it only seems to be on their left side so it proving a little difficult. Here's what I've got so far but I'll keep trying...We need a better picture.
I haven't noticed them sleeping near it but it's a possibility so I'll keep an eye out and see where they're hanging out when they're not following me up and down the tankThe zoa would be the only real possibility. Do you see them hanging around (or sleeping near) that?

They eat frozen mysis, brine and mussels, dried seaweed, shrimp and algae flakesHow's their eating habits?

Awesome thanks allIf they are eating and behaving normally, I would just observe for now. The brown spots look like hyper-melanization as Humblefish noted above. Could be caused by some nipping from the other clownfish, but it's not indicative of disease IMO/E.

What in the heck is hyper melanization?
First off is that a carpet nem in the second pic?
