So things would say they were on sale, but in the cart/if you use Apple or PayPal checkout, you paid full price.

They didn't say. That may have actually been on sale. They have a number of Hybrid systems (mostly Reef Brite) on clearance, so that may be legit.

Your best bet is to see if it is still on sale now that things are fixed. Otherwise you'll want to contact BRS and ask them.

Things have been updated but the Royal Excusiv dream boxes and Bubble Kings are still clearance priced down as much as 60%. Awesome. My order should be fine.

I don't know why anybody would think that the prices would be honored. They have no legal obligation to honor them, they were mis-marked, no different than an item on a store shelf where the price is not honored at the register.
