Algae can make your parameters seem good, keep in mind it’s utilizing those nutrients. Your feeding schedule makes me think you’re not dumping a ton in though.

Im not. Like 1/8th to 1/12th teaspoon whatever is not eaten i net up as well.
 
Here’s what you should do Skully, take the rock out and put it in another container with NO lighting for a few weeks, or months. Still do water changes for that container so the Coraline and other beneficial bacteria can take hold, with a little flow too.

In your DT, you can then constantly clean your frags. Might be some work, but do this now rather than later.

Its been running since october x,x and the frags are epoxied down
 
Funny story on RODI, I wasn’t when I started and had a huge diatom outbreak.... darn silicates... which could be your flakes if you aren’t using it.
 
What’s your filter for this?
Any carbon/gfo?
Or any other sort of Phosphate removal?
Nuvo media rack with filter floss seachem matrix bio media chemi pure blue. Also run uv. Use brs 7 stage rodi.
