There have been several people from the UK that were able to get Fluconazole. I think they purchased it from several different online shops.Let's see if they chime in and help you out.

How many total gallons or liters of water volume do you have?
It holds 116gal/440litre so I'd say maybe 370 litre with all displacement??

Just an update since I used fluconazole 12 days ago, all of the bryopsis on my rocks is gone and there's just a small amount in my overflow that's still dying off. I have a magnifica anemone which I was most worried about because these aren't a beginner anemone and can be extremely finicky; any excess stress can cause them to become infected and need to be treated with ciprofloxacin in a hospital tank, which can be a huge endeavor, however I'm very happy to say that it's doing just fine. So if you have a gigantea or magnifica and you're worried about putting this medication into your DT, so far (fingers crossed), I see no reason to worry.

I struggled too, I ended up ordering from the link to the US shop, atm its with the postal service awaiting shipment, I ordered a pack of 20 @ $29.99 and $14.99 international postage, at the time the payment showed on my bank statement and with the current exchange rate I paid £37.11p.

Here is my before and after success using this method. Glad I found this thread!

WOW!!!! Fluconazole deserves a trophy for that! :D

I'm about 4-5 days into my Fluconazole treatment. I dosed 20mg/gal and I'm seeing the algae start to melt and get goopy.
The algae I have looks like green hair algae to me, but it could be some strain of Bryopsis. Either way, if this stuff kills it off, I will do a happy dance.. I've been trying to fight this off for a long time now and it has taken the lives of many corals.

I'm in the same boat. I thought for about 2 weeks that it was GHA. Took a close look last night and saw more of a stalk like bryopsis. It kinda looks like it but not as obvious as other people's pictures. Either way, I'm hoping this stuff destroys it!

Probably can't use chemi clean while treating the tank with flucanzole right?

Struggling to find this in the UK.. Got a reefer 450 wonder how much I'd need :)
I purchased 10 x 150mg tablets. You do have to purchase from different sources though. Max I found was 450mg at a time. You can get friends to buy also.

I used

Ebay

Amazon

I used Fluconazole and Vibrant at the same time. I had a mix of several green algaes, appearances of Byropsis, hair algae and such. Also several red algaes that I would rather have lost. All the green algaes are dead and gone, with the final bits vanishing around day 12-14. I have a turkey wing clam in the tank that seems just fine (for those wondering about clams) and several soft corals, including a hammer and several acans. Hard corals are birdsnests and an acro.

During the Fluconazole treatment I lost an emerald crab, my hammer seems very unhappy the last 5 days and polyps on the birdsnests are retracted. I don't blame the fluconazole for these things though, just including them here for information. I pulled as much as I could get to before the treatment began and then did no water changes during. I have no skimmer, no reactors. Cheato had already died off during Vibrant.

Interesting. My palys reacted at first then opened up after a week fully. Now my frogspawn is sulking, unusual also as he's normally bullet proof.

Water change this weekend so see how things perk up

I just got my flucanzole in.

Can someone please help me with the math as I am an idiot, lol. I have a75g tank with a 30g sump.. I figure minus rocks, I have about 80/90gal water volume. How many capsules should I add?

I believe for 90 gallons you would need 1800. Looking for someone to confirm. I have a 90 with a sump and I think I'm just going to do do 2000 since that's what it comes with.

Imo, this is a sign to stop or back off on the dosing of Vibrant. You could be exporting too much.
