Almost gone with just a few stands left underneath the monti. There are only 2 days left and I really hope I do not need to do another 14 day treatment. This is the only bit of bryopsis left in my tank. Bubble algae seems to be unaffected by fluconazole and the GHA seems to have stopped receding which is ok with me.

I wonder if I should try to manually remove the little bit of bryopsis left under the monti.

Just got Fluconazole today from https://www.payless-petproducts.com/fluconazole200.html, ordered it Sunday morning using PayPal. Trying something a little different, see if results are positive. Tank is 150g, plus sump, minus coral and rock, so total volume could be anywhere between 100-150g? Best guess would be around 130g. Removed GAC, filter socks and turned off skimmers.
Mixed two 200mg capsules in a cup of RODI and poured it in the sump for a total of 400mg Fluconazole. If volume is actually 130g that should put the dose around 3mg per gallon. Let's see if a lower dose will still work to kill the crud.
here's a few pics before the dose, will try to take daily pictures, but may not update thread daily.

I have to say the 3mg/gal did the trick, no more visible Bryopsis anywhere in the tank.
thanks so much for starting this thread. Actually have been taking an interest in the tank gain, and have room for more frags now that the algae is gone.. Simply amazing

I have the meds dissolving in tank water now and getting ready to dose. People who are running a cup less skimmer, do you have the bubbles pouring over the top? Or staying inside the body?

Im about to drop the bomb in my 70 Gallon loaded with GHA. I did just buy a nudibranch before I noticed this thread, he hasent touched the rocks just the glass and im worried I might kill off his food source. Thoughts?
I have a sea hare in mine that seems to slowly be eating it. If/when this works, he will be gone. Might keep him around a little after treatment to do a little extra cleaning if needed.

That's how I have it now. Just trying to figure out how dissolved this stuff needs to be. I've been stirring and adding water for a while
I stirred until I thought it was all dissolved, and then when I dumped it into the tank I noticed there was a dozen large bits that didn't dissolve. Added to the tank about 10pm, and it was all dissolved around 10am the next day (either that or the fish ate it :p but I don't think that's the case). So just stir it up and break up any chunks as best you can and then dump it in :)

And yes the tank will go cloudy for a little bit. I did it right before bed and the water was clear again the next morning.

Ya no big clumps for me. I mixed 2000 mg in about a gallon of water for around an hour. Just cloudy for now with small floating particles.
