I know this has definitely been answered. Where can I buy this or how can I get a prescription for my tank?

I have a ton of SPS and it did not affect mine even after 2 treatments. I'm sorry this happened to yours :(
Edit; What are your no3 levels? Could they have starved?

I had a colony of Acro RTN around day 8. I'm sure it was not the treatment it's self, possibly from shutting the skimmer off. Maybe because I had so much and the die off spiked nutrients. I can't really know. I also didn't have any cheato to help control the spiking nutrients, I do now.

I'm on day 8 of second treatment and kept skimmer on but much much dryer. Seems to be working just fine with my skimmer running no problem. Just about all gone, only thing that remains are some stems and roots. Things are going very well with this second treatment, nothing seems to be affected negatively at all except the bryopsis. In fact, my display looks better than it has in a long time.

This is wonderful news! It is such a great feeling to have the tank back, I'm happy for you :D

Update 4/25/17
Started 4/11/17 and all bryopsis has been eradicated. I wanted to leave all the equipment off for another 2 weeks but i dont think my tank can handle it. I lost my favorite sohal tang out of nowhere that has been with me for over a year healthy and eating so i dont know what happened. my feeling is it could be the uv sterilizer that has been off which really keeps parasites at bay. before my uv i was getting all sorts of fish issues so that is the only thing i can pin it on and mabe the dirtier water with no WC or skimmer. Today i will have to start up the skimmer, auto wc, clean filter floss and put filter socks back in cause theres no way i can get to the big sohal that died within the rockwork thats decomposing. I hope these 2 weeks were enough to keep the bryopsis out for good. if not ill have to go to round two sometime i hope not in the future.

I am sorry to hear about your sohal [emoji26] Some fish are like family... I hope your bryopsis stays away as well.

It's a one dose treatment. You don't dose the tank every day. If you have 60 gallons you will need 6 capsules and dose it all at once. Be sure to read the FAQs in the first post of the thread.

I thought it would be a treatment every 24 hours

No just a one dose treatment.

Taken from the Frequently Asked Questions on the first post....
Q: How much Fluconazole do I use?
A: The suggested dose is one SINGLE dose in the amount of 20mg per gallon of water.

You should be okay...There has been someone else who dosed about 7 days in a row before he realized what he had done and noticed things being stressed out. If you see anything that seems off to you, just perform a water change and let things settle back down for a while.

soooooo 6 days into Flucanazole treatment and showing very little die off of GHA- some but not obvious. Should i have seen a little bit more die off by now? And also, if at the end of the 14-21 days i still have GHA should I repeat the dose after a water change, or just add to it without a water change if my parameters are good?

I answered your questions in your pm but I'll post them here as well.

Sometimes it takes up to 21 days(or longer) for the gha to die off. I would wait until then and redose if you still have algae left. If nothing looks stressed in your tank after 21 days, and your nutrients aren't high, then don't even worry about a water change, just redose.
