BTA foods

Amemones have a very rudimentary digestive system. Try to avoid anything with bones, scales, etc; I have found over many years of keeping anemones, that scallops are the easiest for them to digest, fresh, raw scallops....yes, it's true that you don't NEED to feed an anemone, it is pretty fun and interesting. And they seem to respond positively to regular feedings.

Pretty much sums up my experience.

Not sure what that is but above is what I used to feed my BTA and i fed frozen food mostly to the fish mixed in with flakes, pellets and dried seaweed for the tang.
it is a frozen food with mysis clams cyclops and other meat foods in it

Sounds like it should be okay to me. As others mentioned, the easier to digest the better and smaller pieces. Feeding them is fun I miss mine.

What if the anemone won't take food?? I know this is bubble tips...but I have a ritteri and looks great but won't take food?? It will stick to its tentacles and hold the krill but won't eat it?? Any thoughts or tricks?

I feed my nems fresh halabut they love it more then any other food that i have fed.the bta get so sticky after feeding there like carpet nems and my carpet loves it aswell.also feed mysis every week or so.

I feed mine a steady stream of photons daily. About once a week I'll give each a nice sized hikari jumbo krill making sure all the eyes and guts are intact. Then what ever they can grab like zooplankton, pellets that are fed to the tank 4x a day, meaty foods broadcast into tank 2x a day, and anything else they determine edible they grab.
