Thanks! I still do have the confetti and it’s starting to grow at a pretty good rate. I wish I could say I got all the colors but I’ve never really been able to get the green besides the little bit that grows around edge of the base. I actually haven’t seen another colony get it besides their main colony in their display. Vivid has even shared the colonies in their backup tanks and none of them have it either. I am still hopeful one day that I can pull it out.

Here's mine bubba. I've been able to achieve the green by keeping it at a lower par amount 275 to 300. Obviously the pics were taken at two different times. The first one which is under normal lighting conditions. The second I just took under blues, sorry but I currently have my actinics on.

Yours is the nicest I have seen!!

I put mine really low also, it’s maybe 4” off the bottom of my 24” deep tank. Maybe it will come as it gets bigger as yours is way larger than mine.

Thank you Bubba, It is front and center in my tank due to the great colors it exhibits. Now I just wish I had as many awesome pieces you have!!!

I have such a tough time taking pics of blue coral. I have taken pics of this blueberry wine multiple times to just delete them. Well this time I turned the radions to the 12k setting and took a pic and it didn't come out half bad.

That's a nice colored Nana! I am guessing that's what it is. Normally the base color is much more brown though.

Do you still have your BC Daisy Pusher? I have never been able to find anything on this piece. Curious what it's doing for you?

I do still have it but it doesn't look like much yet. I am not exactly sure even what it's suppose to look like. I have a few other ones from him that I don't know what they are suppose to look like also. One is called Pink cigarette and another called Red scare. I love Adams battleboxes and all as it's a great deal but I wish he would only ship corals to people that had a pic to go along with it. Nobody likes to get coral and have no idea what it's even suppose to look like.

RR Event horizon. I have only had it a couple months but when I first got it the color wasn't so great. It's finally starting to get some nice color and I look forward to what it will look like in another couple months.

I grow chaeto which keeps nutrients down. I don't dose anything but did try to dose some aminos for a couple of weeks but I started to notice algae on my return nozzles and my back glass getting more dirty than usual so I stopped.

In my experience after I raised ph my growth really took off, so now I do everything I can to try and keep it up around 8.3.

I think it's hard to give photo tips without seeing your pics. Best advice I can give is buy a better camera than a phone and then practice. If you have pics and want to send them to me to see what I would do I will give you feed back.

I imagined you had to keep a higher ph ! But I had to make sure. Ph is vital not only for growth, but also for the color you a keep

From the photos... Yes I know. Got a decent Canon and a pretty cool macro. But is so much work getting one or two nice pictures !!

Several months ago I sold a bunch of frags of my PC Superman. When I fragged it, it lost the nice round shape and I was worried that it may never get that shape back. I am happy to see that it looks nice and round again!
