Experienced reefers who understand anemone husbandry and what's required to keep them healthy can probably drop them in a freshly cycled tank with the right care and have success.
New to the hobby reefers will probably struggle with an anemone at the 6th month mark if they haven't learned enough lessons in the hobby yet.
