I would say it looks more like an amphipod than an isopod. No ID for Genus/species though.

Here is where I admit that I have Coral bugs and fish from all over. Have no idea where most of them come from. My favorite thing about reefing is variety. I take pieces and fish and small bags of sand from tanks anywhere I can. Biodiversity comes before worrying about invaders for me. LOLYeah I'm sure its the same as what I have. I'm guessing its just a different variety of amphipod. They are easy to spot due to the red color and extreme speed they move at. Much faster than any other pod I've seen.
By any chance did you get any coral from Australia?

algae, sand, rock. Alot of people worry. But a bit of bryopsis or a flatworm. Sometimes its rough to deal with. But i live. I fix. I have a lot of critters that are awesome! Cant get those without risk.
