The bulkhead came with the Eshopps pf-nano overflow box

If the bulkhead is a slip x slip, meaning it has no threads on the inside, then you can just glue the PVC pipe into it. How were you looking at plumbing your setup? Hard PVC pipe or flexible hose?

You get a slip to threaded end fitting.

I was thinking flex but all the tubing I found at Lowe's was really stiff so I may end up running it hard

Spa Flex is what your looking for, it has a hard end to slip into the pvc.

Either the one I linked or just using pvc will do.I didn't notice the S&S, thats a my bad.

Well this going to sound crazy but I'm running 10 dt with a 10 sump/refugium with a protein skimmer so I got the over flow box to run a straight drain line to the sump and a return off of a pump back to the DT

So it really is a slip/slip bulkhead then you can either run Spa Flex (aka flexible PVC) as Reefing Madness suggested and this will glue right into the bulkhead, or you can hard pipe with hard PVC or you can get the adapter Reefing Madness suggested and add a barbed fitting and use vinyl tubing.

Spaflex is great, but you have to be careful. See this pic with the spaflex coming out of the bottom of the bulkhead? The pressure from the spaflex bending out of the bulkhead caused them to leak. I fixed it by replacing the bulkheads and then using a 90 instead of the flex. I tried putting this coupler on first to relieve pressure, but it didn't work. The reason I used it in the first place was to reduce the number of 90's, but I had not choice and had to replace all of them. I broke 4 bulkheads doing it this way.

Good to know thanks AJ for taking the time to show me. I think I should be fine my bulk is off an hang on O.F. Box should it's a Strait shot down to the sump no turns maybe a slight flex but that will be it

What does the number of 90s on the drain side really affect. I know they drop pressure on the pump side but the is really no pressure on a gravity drain
